Job Summary
Main Responsibilities and Deliverables Strengthen relationships:
Implement custom deployments of the NICE product suite for clients
Integrate NICEs applications with other enterprise systems and data sources using ETL XML and scripting languages
Work closely with customer and NICE Client Services team on all technical aspects of a NICE deployment including but not limited to data mapping form and workflow design and implementation report design and implementation.
Work with other NICE Integration Engineers to share best practices and knowledge

Excellent technical and analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of data handling and SQL.
Integration experience with enterprise software.
Excellent organizational skills ability to set own task lists and timelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Demonstrated interest and ability to communicate across technology and business boundaries. Bachelors degree in computer science (or equivalent).
Qualifications :
Responsibilities:

Provide input to NICEs Product Management group on how to enhance future products Valuable skills:
Linux Windows 2000/3 XML Java JSP HTML Perl
Oracle SQL Server DB2
Experience as a DBA System Administrator or Network Administrator
Experience implementing and managing data warehouses
Experience with Hadoop or other Big Data platforms
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects Cognos SAS)
Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g. Informatica Brio)
Additional Information :
- Contact center technologies WorkForce Manager/Management CRM or Business Intelligence experience
- Cloud technologies and certifications
- Telephony (ACD IVR etc.) experience and knowledge
- Hardware platforms & Virtualization
- Vertical market selling experience including Banking Insurance Telco Healthcare Travel and others
