We are seeking a Program Manager to join the Corporate Services IT team and report to the Manager IT. This role blends strategic product ownership with hands-on project delivery making it ideal for someone who can think broadly about long-term value while driving day-to-day execution. As the Program Manager and with input from leadership teams you will shape the vision for key technology initiatives define requirements and prioritize work to ensure we deliver meaningful solutions that meet business and membership needs.


In addition to guiding product direction you will also manage the full project lifecyclecoordinating project team members managing timelines addressing risks and ensuring successful implementation. This role requires a strong communicator andcollaboratorwho excels at aligning project partners removing roadblocks and keeping complex initiatives on track. You will serve as both the strategic owner of program value and the operational driver responsible for delivery ensuring our technology investments achieve maximum impact.

Reporting to the Manager IT the key areas of responsibility are to:

  • Lead and manage the designated business portfolio.
  • Collaborate with invested business parties to meet both business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams vendor/contractors.
  • Manager and oversee a variety of operational projects.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure projects are aligned with strategic business priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Develop detailed project plans allocate resources effectively and manage project risks.
  • Maintain regular communication and provide leadership to project team members impacted team members senior and executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver clear and concise reports on project progress KPIs and financials.
  • Proactively identify potential risks dependencies and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor program and project budgets.
  • Ensure the efficient allocation of personnel and technology resources across projects.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve the Case Management portfolio and software.
  • Keep up to date with applicable legislation trends and practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Qualifications

  • Four-year bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (Certified ScrumMaster Certified Scrum Product Owner Agile Certified Practitioner).
  • 5- 7 years of experience managing IT programs specifically in the context of case management systems and membership management systems operational IT projects or business process automation.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and relevant technologies (e.g. CRM ERP document management workflow automation).
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid) including managing complex multi-faceted projects.
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies with hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications (e.g. CaseIQ iMIS)
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g. etc.).
  • Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
  • Experience with ticketing software (e.g. ServiceNow Zendesk or similar)
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data privacy standards (e.g. PIPEDA HIPAA GDPR).
  • Strong background in IT operations management with a focus on improving process efficiency and implementing scalable solutions.
