Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for service sales through networking referrals and market research.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized service solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present service proposals quotations and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and update in systems regularly.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends competitor offerings and market conditions.

Qualification: B. Sc Chemistry/MSc. Chemistry/ Chemical/ MBA Marketing

Relevant Experience:

  • 10-15 Years of similar industry experience.
  • Must have exposure for working with Chemicals and Pharmaceutical industries
  • Proven experience in service sales business development or account management.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical or specialized service offerings (industry specific knowledge is a plus).
  • Self-motivated target-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
