Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a high-profile cultural site. Reporting to the Project Manager you will oversee maintenance requests manage subcontractors and internal trades and support administrative and compliance activities. This role ensures seamless operations while protecting sensitive assets in a public-facing environment.
The ideal candidate is organised proactive technically capable and enjoys coordinating people and processes in a close-knit team. You are calm under pressure collaborative and committed to safety compliance and service excellence.
