We are looking for a Customer Solutions Manager to join our expanding Major Projects team based in Brisbane QLD.

The Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) will support the sales team and work on the most demanding and complex projects.

What will you be doing

  • Support the business development lead in managing key strategic accounts with a focus on selected consultants property managers developers and architects.

  • Engage with key external stakeholdersincluding vertical transportation consultants access consultants and architectsas required.

  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and relay insights to the area offering leads to influence solution development.

  • Lead consultative sales efforts to deliver enhanced value for customers.

  • Identify and pursue design-build business opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and the supply chain team to optimise solution offerings.

  • Support the Bid Team by providing initial material cost estimates for proposal packages.

  • Prepare and present full-chain profit & loss summaries for projects and support the approval workflow through the CRM system.

  • Manage customer follow-ups and respond promptly to requests for additional information.

  • Participate in customer presentations and meetings alongside KONE colleagues to effectively differentiate KONEs value proposition.

  • Assist front-line leaders by delivering targeted development and training support for sales and engineering teams.


What are we looking for

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or other related field

  • 5 years relevant engineering experience

  • Elevator industry experience highly desired

  • Understanding lift traffic analysis preferred

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity

  • Ability to understand and translate customer needs into KONE technical specifications
