As a part of our global Business Transformation Delivery and Execution team you will participate in international projects leading projects and programs for our global market clients. You will be involved in working on challenging assignments assisting our clients trough they transformation and organization change journeys. You will also be part of team creating industry leading solutions in widely understood project management services.

Your key responsibilities

You will support our clients in the business and organizational transformation journey actively becoming a trusted advisor in PM subject matters for both clients and EY colleagues.

You will provide consultation and recommendations based on clients requirement and develop relationships with team members across all EY practises to serve client needs. You will work with various teams to ensure that clients requirement budget and milestones for projects are met.

You will be advising our clients within the context of transformation projects in the healthcare sector. This involves a business-oriented and holistic perspective with innovative approaches.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting market competition and customer analyses as well as SWOT analyses.
• Deriving strategic implications for clients within the context of technological innovations and regulatory frameworks in healthcare.
• Developing digital strategy and new strategic directions for competitive positioning.
• Deriving transformation projects in the context of digitization and customer-centricity.
• Generating new business potentials ideas for products services and processes through customer-centric prototyping and creating product visions.
• Co-responsibility for steering strategy and transformation projects in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Utilizing a range of methods from project management to Design Thinking and Lean Startup.

Skills and attributes for success

• Good planning and organizing ability to see the big picture as well as focused on details and errorless delivery.
• Excellent professional communication skills ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of details terminology and fit-to-purpose communication.
• Ability to work in a continuously changing environment proactive with can-do-attitude looking for solutions and opportunities.
• Strong project management skills including agile methods.
• Prior experience or a strong interest in consulting within healthcare organizations.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Completed degree in business administration (business) informatics or a comparable field preferably with a focus on healthcare.
• Prior experience (internship or student work) in digital strategy transformation or digital product development and customer-centricity is desirable.
• Experience or a strong interest in consulting within healthcare organizations such as hospitals health insurance companies or medical manufacturers.
• Analytical and precise work style along with experience in agile and user-centered methods.
• Strong team and customer orientation willingness to learn high engagement in responsible tasks and a holistic view of the overall picture.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

Ideally youll also have

• Further European language.

• Experience in working at consulting companies.
• Relevant certificates.
