Synergie is seeking a Estimatorfor a companylocated in Maddington WA.
In this role you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and coordinating production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Youll play a pivotal role from estimation through to project completion working closely with builders architects and supervisors.

What youll be required to do:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on architectural and construction plans.
- Coordinate production schedules to guarantee timely project delivery.
- Oversee projects from initial estimation through to completion.
- Accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure precision in quoting and scheduling activities.
- Communicate effectively with builders architects and supervisors to clarify project requirements.
- Conduct site visits as needed to take measurements or consult on project details.
- Apply knowledge of door frame designs fitting requirements and hardware to inform estimates.

To be successful in the role you will have:
- Proven experience in quoting and scheduling ideally within the building industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction specifications with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with various stakeholders.
- Practical understanding of door frame designs fitting requirements and hardware.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
