The impact youll make:

TheEnterprise AccountSupervisor role isa great opportunityfor our own Softchoice seasoned sales professionalsto flex their leadership skills by taking on the responsibility and challenge of developing leading and mentoringAccount Managers.

The Enterprise Account Supervisor will lead a 4-5 EAMS and will be responsible for their quota along with individually owning some strategic buying accounts of their own.

We are looking for people who can:

  • Coach and develop a team ofAccount Managers reporting intoaAccount Leader

  • Support the development of individual development plan forEAMsunder your Supervision

  • Support newEAMsthroughout their onboarding into the team

  • Work with theEAMsto develop andmaintaina high-performing culture of diversity and inclusion

  • ExposeEAMstodifferent partsof their business and mentor to diversify the business

  • Develop creative ways to support and growEAMS

  • Achieve teams sales targets by ensuringthe majority ofreps are performing over plan

  • Coach byparticipatingin customer engagement via teleconference and training sessions

  • Drive sales activities that will generate Pipeline opportunities

  • Act as an escalation point both internally and externally to continue to improve customer experience

  • Tightly manage a 30 60 and 90-day forecast.

  • Escalate and engage in performance related issues withEASLas appropriate

  • Develop & execute against a strong daily/weekly/monthly management process

  • Meet weekly withEAMsin order tomove the business forward

  • Set up team meetings and trainingsin order tokeep sales representatives engaged and productive

  • Meet regularly withEASLto align on sales processes

  • Create andmonitora cadence for KPIs that are relevant toEAMsuccess

  • Create andmaintainchannels for feedback and reviews

  • Create and implement business strategy to expand customer footprintrevenueand profit

  • Monitor industry trends andmessage thatto the team when applicable.

  • Align with relevant vendors to drive market growth and ensure support forEAMs

  • Identifykey contract opportunities within the specified market

  • Develop planning for strategic accountsin order towin and diversify business

  • Identifygaps in the business to improve processes and footprint where possible

  • Manage an existing book of business that contributes tothe overallplanattainment of the team.

  • Maintaina strong communicationplan and excellent customer experience for remaining book of business

  • Utilize and internal resources to handle day-to-day activities that can be offloaded

  • Drive growth for a handful of strategic accounts

  • Lead by example by continuing to prospect with insights following the Challenger viewpoint

  • Develop plans to transition accounts to continue tomaintaina slim robust book of business

What youll bring the to the table:

  • Havedemonstratedthe ability to Lead through Influence

  • 2 years sales experience with a technology resellervendoror distributor in atelephone basedsales environment

  • Have experience building successful and high performing teams

  • Are confident in creatingpitchingand perfecting customer-facing messaging

  • Proven capacity to deliver measurable impact be analytical and consistently meet quota

  • Are creative thinkers and problem solvers with strong presentations skills

  • Are self-managed and motivated with strong leaderships skills

  • Excellent writtenoraland digital communication skills

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay Range:
The typical pay range for this role is $59920 - $74900.

Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors including prior experience and geographic location.

In addition to the base salary this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances annual bonus or commissions etc.) as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.
