HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Workforce Development (WFD) Coordinator to support the Pacific Intelligence and Innovation Initiative (P3I) Program in Honolulu Hawaii!

The Workforce Development Coordinator supervises HIIs on island Workforce Development Program as a key contributor to the talent development strategy responsible for cultivating pipelines for intern candidates who are prepared to meet industry demands. This role oversees the design and execution of structured internship program mentorship initiatives and career readiness activities that align with organizational objective and the P3I addition this position monitors program performance metrics supports outreach and community engagement efforts and contributes to strategies for program growth and sustainability.

The Workforce Development Coordinator may be called upon to assist corporate government academic and industry partners in P3I with navigating the requirements of supporting security requirements associated with the P3I program. Reporting directly to the P3I Program Manager- this role is primarily based at the HII Honolulu Office however the work location may fluctuate based on program requirements.
