Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Cost Optimization:
Lead initiatives to achieve productivity targets through cost reduction total landed cost (TLC) analysis and financial modeling. Partner with finance teams to forecast savings track performance against budgets and ensure alignment with business plans.
Strategic Sourcing & Supply Base Development
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost quality and risk. Collaborate across functional team and suppliers including supplier quality engineering and central sourcing collages to qualify the suppliers in the region according to our regulatory requirements.
Supply Base Development & Localization:
Identify and qualify new suppliers globally with a focus on cost competitiveness and financial stability. Drive localization strategies and supplier development programs to reduce dependency and improve cost structure.
Project management support: Develop work and support cost-out projects and supplier transfers to achieve business objectives. Collaborate cross-functional team and suppliers including operations engineering supplier quality and central sourcing colleagues to execute and complete projects transfer in compliant with regulatory requirements.
Supplier Risk Reduction: Work across commodities MR production sourcing leaders and magnetic resonance engineering to anticipate market changes and vitality risks exposing the future design and install base by executing a strategy sourcing solution.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors degree in finance Business Administration Supply Chain or Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sourcing Finance Supplier Management or Program Management.
Strong financial acumen with experience in cost modeling budgeting and ROI analysis.
