Job Summary:

The Senior Supervisor Production is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations across multiple shifts and manufacturing production lines. This role ensures optimal productivity safety and quality standards are consistently achieved while fostering a positive and compliant work environment. The Senior Supervisor drives operational excellence through effective leadership resource management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Staff Development: Manage staffing levels recruitment and onboarding processes for operations personnel. Lead motivate and develop a high-performing management team through coaching training and performance evaluations.
Operational Oversight: Supervise all production activities to guarantee adherence to safety protocols production schedules and performance targets. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor operational metrics and implement strategies to enhance safety reduce costs and improve quality. Champion the adoption of best practices and new technologies.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Foster a culture of safety and accountability throughout the manufacturing environment.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related to the field
English Advanced
Expert in Painting Process

Pinpoints and records issues along with possible solutions.
Analyses problems by understanding each stakeholders viewpoint.
Utilize investigative techniques and diagnostic tools to uncover problems.

Strong analytical skills including proficiency with data analysis software and Microsoft Excel.

Additional Information:

Location: Reynosa Tamaulipas Facility.
This position is five-day a week in-office model.
