What youll do:

• Lead the configuration and custom development of Salesforce solutions ensuring optimal use of platform limits Industry Clouds and out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Implement and oversee DevOps practices including CI/CD branching/versioning environment management automated testing and release governance.
• Manage integration processes and data solutions using APIs MuleSoft Salesforce Data Cloud & Analytics and other tools to maintain effective data governance.
• Facilitate agile workshops and manage backlogs ensuring iterative delivery with a focus on outcome-focused trade-offs and responsible AI solutions.

What were looking for:

• A proven leader in Salesforce engineering with strong industry knowledge and platform expertise.
• Mastery in DevOps and data integration with the ability to implement secure and privacy-embedded AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging business and technology with a knack for producing executive-ready materials.
• Relevant Bachelors degree and Salesforce certifications with a dedication to ongoing professional development.
