Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinatorsupports the recruitment process byensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role plays a key part in the success of onboarding candidatesby managing background checksofferprocessing onboardinglogistics and related administrative tasks to ensure compliance accuracy and an excellent new-hire experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Below are the primary duties and essential functions of an employee in this position. While not all tasks may be performed by every employee in this role all employees are expected to perform related tasks as needed. These essential functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Prepare and send offer lettersand new hire documentation.
  • Manage the background check process includinginitiatingscreenings tracking results and communicating status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct candidate meetings following background check completion to review results clarify next steps and address any questions.
  • Manage the waiver process for background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Verifycandidateeligibility to work and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during pre-boarding providing guidance and answering questions about paperwork and the onboarding process.
  • Collect and verify all required employment documents (transcripts LORs certifications etc.).
  • Support continuouscompliance processes including recurring (-year) background checks and driving verification.
  • Obtain a working knowledge of allHRfunctions reports laws andpoliciesand procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstratecommitment to and practices in line with BowenHealths core valuesofrespect integritymissionand stewardship.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot andfacilitatehiring managers and candidates through the application and selection processes.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
  • Intermediateproficiencywith Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently as a team member within the Human Capital Management (HCM) Department.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:High School Diploma or GED. Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Experience:Prefer two (2) years ofHR coordinationonboardingor talent acquisition operations.
  • Certificate or Professional License:SHRM Certification preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and activeautoinsurancecoverage.
  • Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks.
