Job Summary

Are you ready for your next challenge

We are looking for a junior declarant for our location in Venlo.

As a junior declarant you will manage and prepare the customs declarations for the import and export process.

What you are going to do:

Review shipping documents and ensure that all required documentation is complete and accurate;
Liaise with customs agents and colleagues from other departments to ensure the smooth processing of shipments;
Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding any delays issues or concerns with the clearance of goods;
Maintain accurate records of all customs clearance activities and ensure that all documentation is filed appropriately;
Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations governing customs clearance;

Must-haves:

Completed the professional training Junior Declarant or is willing to participate in that training;
Experience in Logistics;
MS Office software and Outlook;
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy;
No 9 to 5 attitude;
Willing to learn;
