Junior Finance Business Partner

• prepare analyses and provide key insights guided by a thorough understanding of the business in a manner that business leaders can readily understand and act upon;
• focus on analyzing the financial outcomes of global strategic initiatives and their impact on annual or long-term planning and forecasting;
• assist in supporting the planning & control cycle for the business ensuring that strategic goals are embedded;
• prepare reports that include your analyses and key attention points for management and other key stakeholders. Translate complex data into compelling stories that inspire decision making and process improvement.

You need the following qualifications for the position of Junior Finance Business Partner:

• a university or bachelors degree in finance (business economics/accountancy).
• at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a management accounting/junior controller role.
• excellent knowledge of MS Office and proven experience with ERP and data analytics or planning systems.
• an excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English.
