Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive results-driven Clinical Recruiter to focus exclusively on sourcing engaging and hiring Behavior Technicians. This is a fast-paced role for someone who loves connecting with people building strong relationships and filling positions quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and hire healthcare professionals specifically Behavior Technicians as well as administrative staff as needed
Identify creative ways to find qualified candidates including directories contact lists social media database leads internet research word-of-mouth community connections school relationships and personal networks
Attend industry-related events such as college job fairs to expand candidate networks
Build and maintain strong relationships within the community professional organizations universities and other influential industry contacts within areas we serve.
Work closely with scheduling department to build a pipeline of employees to schedule clients needs efficiently
Maintain accurate records in internal systems for potential candidates new hires and recruiting activity
Maintain candidate pipelines and activity tracking in Team Tailor ATS.
Partner with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and adjust sourcing strategies quickly.
Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting talent acquisition or sales (experience with high-volume outreach is a plus)
Strong communication persuasion and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated organized and results-driven
Ability to work in-office MondayFriday 9 AM 6 PM
Ideal candidate has an understanding of ABA Services
