Job Summary

The Transplant Cellular Therapy Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic.
This individual serves as a resource for the BMT/Cellular Therapy the interdisciplinary team and other pharmacists.
Duties will include the coordination education and medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications with oversight of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects.
Additional duties will include the coordination and application of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications with management of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects.
Participation on multi-disciplinary rounds including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation will be performed.

Minimum education of BS Pharm.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred
ASHP residency preferred.
