About the Role

Were looking for a dynamic Head of Compliance to lead our Compliance Monitoring Program in Luxembourg. This is a strategic leadership role where youll shape our compliance framework and help drive smart decisions in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain compliance policies aligned with CSSF AIFMD and EU regulations
• Own regulatory obligations including AML/KYC fund compliance and cross-border requirements
• Run compliance monitoring audits and risk assessments to stay ahead of regulatory gaps
• Manage regulatory reporting and serve as the go-to expert on AML-CTF GDPR sanctions and tax rules (DAC6)
• Partner with senior leadership to navigate regulatory frameworks and minimize risk exposure
• Oversee client onboarding and monitoring assess compliance risks on deals and strengthen internal controls
• Lead and mentor the compliance team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor / Master 8 years in Compliance within AIFM or Financial Services in Luxembourg
• Strong ability to interpret complex regulations and turn them into practical solutions
• Management experience with a track record of building and developing teams within busy operational environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels
• Like native in English French is important (other languages are a plus)
