Job Summary
Join an energetic and multicultural team supporting one of the worlds leading travel & accommodation platforms. As the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers and partners you will handle inquiries resolve issues and ensure an excellent customer experience using top-notch tools and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
Provide accurate information and support to customers and accommodation partners
Assist with questions related to room modifications rates availability extranet usage and general inquiries
Ensure complete accurate and validated information is delivered
Maintain outstanding service levels and contribute to a positive customer journey
Continuously develop your knowledge to improve first-contact resolution
Requirements
Native/fluent Dutch strong English (B2)
Ability to clearly explain product/service details
Flexibility to work morning afternoon and weekend shifts
Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office
Resident of Greece or willing to relocate quickly
