The Role

In the last year our Google Ads scaled over 300% driving tens of millions in new customer revenue for the business. Next year were aiming higher. As Paid Search Lead youll be the architect of this growth: from strategy to execution testing to analysis youll build and lead one of the worlds most advanced PPC engines.

This role isnt BAU. Its for innovators who thrive on breaking boundaries. Whether its LTV-optimised bidding machine learning for price-to-spend ratios or bold new approaches we havent tried yet - youll have total freedom to push the limits of whats possible.

Where Youll Make an Impact

• Lead PPC at Healf reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing

• Manage account manager/executives and agency relationships

• Work with Google reps (we are one of Googles high priority advertisers) to test the latest betas and new product launches

• Conduct constant testing and performance optimisation in the account

• Deep dive into incrementality and attribution (leverage MMM incrementality testing custom MTA etc)

• Work cross-departmentally on company-wide activations

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in paid search

What Youll Bring

• Eat sleep and breathe PPC (4 years experience in a PPC role)

• Intelligent driven first principles thinker

• Complete mastery of Google Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor

• Strong familiarity with GA4 GTM GMC and the suite of associated tools

• A total nerd when it comes to the technical side and theory behind PPC

• Comfortable solo managing a team and large budgets

• Works well in a very fast-paced startup environment

• Very proactive and looking for a role with high autonomy/responsibility
