We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a friendly high-performing primary school in Hackney. This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils who require additional emotional or behavioural support helping them to develop positive relationships self-regulation skills and confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

- Experience supporting children with behavioural social or emotional needs
- Background working in a pastoral mentoring or inclusion-based role (school or youth setting)
- A calm patient and restorative approach to managing behaviour
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive trusting relationships
- Resilient empathetic and proactive in responding to pupils needs
- Committed to inclusion safeguarding and equal opportunities for all learners
