The Role
Support students in mainstream lessons small groups and targeted interventions
Assist SEN pupils with literacy numeracy reading and classroom tasks
Prepare teaching materials resources and displays
Monitor progress behaviour and learning routines
Contribute to pastoral support communication with staff and supervision duties
Requirements
Experience working with young people or within educational settings
Patience empathy and strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
