Tasks

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about company policies procedures and product updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate or bachelors degree is preferred.
- Experience in a customer service role preferably within a call center or similar environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficient in using customer service software CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
