Job Summary
Job Title: Project Manager IT II
Location: West Mifflin PA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 11 Months Contract
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager IT II to work onsite in West Mifflin Pennsylvania. This individual will manage full lifecycle IT programs collabon/a with internal stakeholders and ensure successful execution of deliverables across multiple teams. The ideal candidate has proven experience in enterprise IT project management planning communication and technology delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead IT projects from initiation to successful delivery working directly with business and client stakeholders

Develop maintain and update project plans timelines schedules and status reports
-
Manage project requirements deliverables tasks risks issues and mitigation stn/agies
-
Oversee resource allocation and coordinate work across multi-functional teams
-
Monitor milestone progress dependencies and financial tracking where required
-
Align business units technical teams vendors and support teams for project execution
-
Support senior managers in multi-project program environments
-
Drive adoption of process improvements and change management initiatives
-
Create and deliver weekly progress summaries stakeholder communications and executive reporting

Ensure quality of delivery and maintain accountability across project phases

Experience as an IT Project Manager leading technology-based initiatives

Strong understanding of project planning risk management and schedule tracking
-
Hands-on experience with project documentation scope definition and business process alignment

Ability to manage large cross-team environments with competing priorities
-
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
-
Strong ability to track deliverables and maintain progress oversight throughout execution
