About this Position:
Job Title: IT Change Manager - Locals to Clark County only
Duties / Scope of Work:

Supervises and evaluates staff and volunteers including recruitment training and discipline.

Plans goals policies procedures and work standards for assigned programs or service units.

Develops and monitors program effectiveness recommends improvements and supports new program development.
-
Ensures compliance with budget departmental mission and funding regulations.
-
Represents the program with internal departments community organizations and funding sources to resolve issues and provide technical assistance.
-
Prepares and maintains accurate reports records and documentation.
-
Monitors legislative changes affecting program operations and recommends policy updates.
-
Promotes programs through community presentations and media outreach.
Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of four (4) years in the Information Technology Field.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
-
Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications.
-
Ability to work primarily onsite full time Monday Thursday 10-hour days.
-
Hybrid schedule may be considered after qualified period.
-
Must be a Clark County resident.
Preferred/Special Skills:

Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines prioritize tasks prepare clear reports and presentations troubleshoot technical issues exercise sound judgment maintain strong working relationships and lead or guide others in daily work procedures.

Ability to analyze program data assess trends interpret results prepare reports for decision-making solve problems lead trainings for stakeholders work effectively in teams and represent the County at external events.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with fluency in both oral and written formats.

Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
