Title: Lead Golang Developer

Duration: 12 Months contract on W2

3 Days/Week onsite in Seattle WA

LEAD ROLE:

Expert level proficiency in Golang for backend and infrastructure tooling

Deep experience with AWS services - EC2 ECS/EKS S3 IAM RDS CloudFormation/Terraform Secrets Manager and Security Hub.

Strong hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes including cluster lifecycle deployments and service management.

Proficient with logging metrics and tracing using Datadog OpenTelemetry Prometheus and Grafana.

Understanding of VPC design load balancing DNS API gateways and service meshes (e.g. Istio or Linkerd).

Working knowledge of IAM encryption secure API design vulnerability scanning and compliance frameworks.

Experience with GitOps pipelines Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated build/deploy workflows (e.g. ArgoCD Jenkins GitHub Actions).

Leadership & Collaboration: 7 10 years of professional software development and infrastructure experience with 2 3 years in technical leadership or lead engineer capacity.
