Summary
A Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing developing and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to support business processes and drive automation. This role focuses on building scalable efficient and secure Salesforce applications integrating with other systems and optimizing workflows for sales service and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including Apex classes triggers Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs web services and middleware.
• Collaborate with business analysts administrators and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize Salesforce objects workflows validation rules and process automation to optimize business operations.
• Perform code reviews unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deployments.
• Maintain Salesforce configurations data integrity and system security.
• Document technical specifications processes and customizations for team reference and compliance.
• Support Salesforce releases upgrades and environment management.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated with Salesforce best practices features and emerging technologies.
• Participate in agile ceremonies sprint planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Salesforce development configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex Visualforce Lightning and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Experience with Salesforce integration techniques REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes business workflows and Salesforce architecture.

Preferred Skills / Duties

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II Salesforce Administrator or App Builder.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to design scalable solutions and optimize existing Salesforce implementations.
• Experience with data migration ETL tools and reporting/dashboard development in Salesforce.
