Job Summary

Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Health Commerce System Tier 2)

Location: Menands NY (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience providing Helpdesk support including handling inbound customer calls and resolving Level 2 application-related issues.
Strong background in reviewing implementing and enforcing IT security compliance policies and procedures.
Skilled in creating updating and maintaining comprehensive training documentation and user guides.
Proven ability to design and deliver employee training programs to enhance productivity and system adoption.
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving account access issues user permissions hardware malfunctions and application-related problems.
Capable of physically supporting IT operations including lifting equipment up to 25 lbs and managing cable installations in various environments.
Experience utilizing IT ticket management systems such as ITSM Redmine or similar platforms for issue tracking and workflow management.
