Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Windchill Developer/Architect who can drive end-to-end solution delivery lead technical activities and independently develop and implement high-quality Windchill solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills deep technical expertise and the ability to take complete ownership of complex development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Windchill solution design customization and configuration efforts
Drive end-to-end development activities ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define refine and implement best practices
Provide technical leadership guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Develop test and demo solutions as required

Required Skills & Experience:

10 years of hands-on experience in Windchill development and delivery
Strong expertise in Windchill customization configuration and solution design
Proven ability to work independently own complex tasks and deliver solutions with minimal oversight
Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop troubleshoot and demo end-to-end Windchill features
