Job Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Arizona (CSA Required)

Location: Remote Arizona Only

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Overview:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with 5 years of hands-on experience to design and lead complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM ITOM ITBM HRSD and CMDB modules. This Arizona-based remote-first role requires deep technical expertise CSA certification and a proven track record of delivering scalable enterprise-grade solutions aligned with ITIL frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM ITOM ITBM HRSD and CMDB modules.
Design and implement scalable integrated ServiceNow solutions with REST SOAP OAuth2 JWT MID Server and scripting (JavaScript Glide API Business Rules).
Architect and enforce platform governance CMDB optimization and ITIL-aligned processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders technical teams and clients to define roadmaps integrations and strategic enhancements.
Lead upgrades enhancements and platform optimization initiatives to ensure high performance and usability.
Mentor and guide development teams ensuring best practices and coding standards.

Required Qualifications:

5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience; minimum 3 years in a lead or architect role.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
Expertise in ITSM ITOM ITBM HRSD CMDB and CSDM alignment.
Strong integration experience (REST SOAP OAuth2 JWT MID Server) and ServiceNow scripting proficiency.
Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL frameworks.
Experience with agile methodologies and large-scale ServiceNow projects.
Arizona residents only.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow CAD or CTA certifications.
Advanced ServiceNow modules: Flow Designer Virtual Agent Predictive Intelligence ITOM (Discovery Orchestration Event Management).
Experience with cloud integrations (AWS Azure) and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
Large enterprise or consulting background (Accenture Deloitte PwC etc.).
