Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Rockville MD (On-Site)
We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help strengthen our brand presence build partnerships and enhance community engagement through social media events and professional networks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn grow and represent our organization at industry events.
- Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns and social media strategies (LinkedIn X Instagram etc.).
- Manage coordination of conferences tradeshows and networking events.
- Create marketing materials (flyers posts newsletters etc.) in collaboration with design/communications teams.
- Drive social media content calendar and analytics to track engagement.
- Support proposal and BD teams by maintaining corporate capability decks and marketing collateral.
- Research and identify partnership and visibility opportunities within the GovCon/Health IT community.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships or part-time roles acceptable).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in representing the organization externally.
- Proficiency with social media platforms Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Self-starter with enthusiasm for learning and collaborating across teams.
