We are seeking an independent proactive and highly motivated Marketing Communications Specialist to join our growing team as we continue to strengthen the IDDI brand and expand awareness across global markets. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious life sciences marketer to take ownership of impactful campaigns in a fast-moving mission-driven environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement marketing communications initiatives to promote IDDIs services and enhance brand visibility across the US and Europe.
Develop and execute high-impact targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns using a mix of digital social media content email and event-based tactics to build awareness and generate qualified leads.
Plan manage and execute IDDIs presence at key industry conferences and events including logistics materials and on-site support where necessary.
Collaborate with diverse internal subject matter experts operational teams and key opinion leaders to create compelling content and ensure message accuracy.
Establish and maintain structured reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing strategy.
Partner with external agencies designers and media outlets to deliver high-quality marketing assets and ensure consistent brand representation. Contribute to the refinement of processes tools and messaging as the company and marketing function continue to evolve.

Bachelors degree in marketing communications design or a relevant life sciences discipline.
2-5 years experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing within the life sciences biotechnology clinical trials or related scientific sector.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently.
Demonstrated experience with multi-channel campaign execution and marketing analytics/reporting.
Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and CMS platforms (such as WordPress).
Demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting tools and techniques to efficiently derive and monitor key performance indicators and return on investment within the IDDI marketing activities.
Good attention to details.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
Fluency in English both written and oral.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear marketing messages.
Experience working with external agencies and/or vendors is a plus.
Flexible to travel for conferences and events as well as to IDDI offices in Raleigh NC and Ottignies Belgium for approximately 1015% of the time.
