Role Overview
The Company is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee factory-level financial operations ensure accurate accounting strengthen internal controls and support management with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate has strong experience in manufacturing finance cost accounting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Factory Accounting & Financial Management
-
Maintain accurate books of accounts for the factory unit.

Monitor daily financial transactions approvals and entries.
-
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
2. Costing & Inventory Control
-
Implement and manage standard costing BOM costing and product cost analysis.
-
Track and reconcile raw material WIP and finished goods inventory.
-
Conduct periodic stock audits consumption variance analysis and cost optimization reviews.
3. Budgeting Forecasting & MIS
-
Prepare annual budgets cash flow projections and variance reports.
-
Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports including production cost overheads profitability and operational KPIs.
-
Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
4. Compliance & Audit
-
Ensure compliance with GST TDS Income Tax PF/ESI and other statutory requirements.

Manage internal and external audits for the manufacturing unit.
-
Maintain documentation and regulatory records.
5. Payment & Receivables Management
-
Oversee vendor payments purchase bills and bank reconciliations.
-
Monitor receivables from domestic and export customers.
-
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for smooth financial operations.
6. System & Process Management
-
Improve factory financial processes controls and workflow documentation.
-
Work with ERP/software systems (Tally/Zoho/ERPNext/SAP) for integrated accounting.

Strengthen cost control mechanisms across departments.
Key Skills & Competencies
-
Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance costing and production accounting

Excellent command over Tally/ERP Excel and reporting tools

Deep understanding of GST taxation and compliance
-
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
-
Ability to work closely with production purchase and operations teams

Problem-solving and process improvement ability
Qualification & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
-
2-5 years of experience in manufacturing / factory accounting
-
Experience in textiles yarns or FMCG manufacturing is a plus
-
Strong knowledge of costing and plant MIS preferred
