Responsibilities: Office Administration & Coordination Maintain daily office operations facility requirements and supply inventory. Ensure accurate attendance monitoring and organized administrative systems. Provide timely internal communications and office updates. Onboarding Offboarding & Induction Facilitate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes. Run structured induction programs for all new hires. Coordinate with team leaders for training and requirements. Team & Operations Support Provide administrative and coordination support to team leaders. Organize team events activities and internal programs. Act as liaison for iScale and internal teams. Scheduling & Workflow Management Manage office-wide schedules meetings shared calendars and workflows. Ensure deadlines and operational priorities are achieved. Communication & People Handling Maintain effective communication channels among internal teams. Provide people support and uphold professional interactions across the office. iScale Liaison Facilities Coordinator Conduct Trainings (If supervisors/TLs not available) Oversee attendance and Leave Runs Induction Program Team Activity Coordinator Onboarding / Off boarding / Coordinates Exit Interviews with MTAU HR & iScale Schedule Management Qualification: 5 years of experience with some office management & call centre experience Trustworthy Reliable Accountability Personal Responsibility Communication Skills People Skills Admin Skills Operation/Office Management Organizational Skills Decision Making Skills Advantage - Aussie Experience Quality control & training experience KPI management & implementation Microsoft Office H/R related Coordination Works closely with MTAUs H/R Manager Internal Communication Support with AU Team Leads and PHP staff Co-ordinates recruitment with MTAU H/R AU Team Leads & iScale Full time Office Based Position
