What this role is all about
As a Junior Support Engineer (Voice/VoIP) youll support our customers in resolving complex technical issues across voice and telephony platforms acting as a trusted technical advisor in both critical and noncritical situations. Youll combine strong customer focus with deep technical expertise collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve our products and mentor team members to raise the overall quality of service we deliver.
What youll do
Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues in a highly professional manner including timesensitive and businesscritical situations.
Understand customer needs and environments identifying effective workarounds when issues arise.
Proactively suggest improvements to internal processes customer experience and service quality.
Provide continuous actionable feedback to engineering teams to help improve Infobip products and solutions.
Consult with and mentor other team members offering meaningful guidance and feedback.
What makes you a strong fit
At least 2 years of experience in a secondlevel technical support role; experience in technical account management or consulting is a plus.
Handson experience with voice and telephony platforms with strong knowledge in one or more of the following: VoIP SS7 ISDN PSTN SIP DID TFN and PBX.
A genuine customerfirst mindset with a strong focus on delivering excellent service and support.
Strong presentation and communication skills able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
Proven ability to communicate effectively in English with customers partners colleagues and engineering teams.
