Job Summary

This is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop engaging digital designs for social media websites email marketing presentations and online campaigns.
  • Produce animated and motion graphics content that brings brand stories and messages to life.
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to interpret creative briefs and deliver high-quality visual concepts.
  • Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy creativity and timely delivery.
  • Uphold brand consistency across all digital channels and assets.
  • Brand Development and Execution for the 5 brands but promotions are all different.


Requirements

  • 3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign with the ability to apply strong layout skills when needed (e.g.PDFs presentations proposals).
  • Proven animation experience including motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools).
  • Outgoing collaborative personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of English proficiency both written and verbal to ensure clear communication and documentation.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop After Effects).
  • Experience creating content for social platforms digital ads and brand campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital design trends UI/UX fundamentals and brand systems.
  • Ability to propose creative solutions and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills:

Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field required. 2 years of experience in marketing administration or data management roles. Proficient in CRM systems ideally Zoho CRM with proven experience in data handling tagging and segmentation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights. Excellent online research capabilities able to find and organise relevant prospect data efficiently. Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Solid written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently manage priorities and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
