Job Description :
We are looking for a Business Head - Patient Access for our organization. The candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in designing implementing and scaling patient access programs to ensure optimal reach affordability and adherence support for therapies particularly in high-value specialty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Patient Access Programs (PAP) ensuring compliance with regulatory ethical and medical standards.
- Design and manage patient support programs (PAPs co-pay models diagnostic support adherence initiatives)
- Build strategic partnerships with hospitals NGOs payers and government bodies to expand access
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical marketing sales regulatory and market access teams
- Monitor program effectiveness and ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Provide medical expertise and scientific credibility to access initiatives.
- Lead vendor selection and management for program operations
- Utilize patient and market data to derive actionable insights
- Represent the organization in external forums related to access and affordability
Requirements
Requirements:
- MBBS/MD with minimum 5 years of experience in pharma business development patient support programs or healthcare access
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution models and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Medical Doctor preferred
