What You will do:
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
Define and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify market trends customer needs and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.

Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit train and mentor a team of sales representatives.
Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Analyze sales data and trends to provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the executive team.
Monitor and evaluate team performance against KPIs and sales targets.

Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:
Stay up to date with industry trends market developments and competitor activities.
Ensure the sales team is well-informed about company products and services.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with marketing product development and customer support teams to align strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience in sales leadership and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the domain registration industry and related technologies is added advantage
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
