Job Summary

Position:

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager of Product & Engineering Technical Business Analyst will bridge the gap between clients and internal technical teams analyzing commercial clinical and realworld data to support analyticsdriven consulting engagements. Youll help design solutions document requirements build dashboards and translate complex data into strategic insights.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Gather analyze and document business requirements related to software solutions and data ingestion pipelines.
  • Collaborate with product managers developers and data teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Capture stakeholder needs using JIRA Confluence UML diagrams (use cases activity sequence).
  • Assist in designing and validating ETL/ELT workflows for ingesting structured and unstructured healthcare data.
  • Define and maintain BRDs user stories process flows wireframes acceptance criteria and manage versioning through the full requirements lifecycle.
  • Leverage statistical/quantitative methods to ensure data accuracy and business relevance.
  • Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and Agile ceremonies to ensure clarity of deliverables.
  • Facilitate JAD sessions; maintain stakeholder alignment through clear documentation and updates via Confluence/JIRA.
  • Model business processes using UML and tools like Visio; evaluate design options against feasibility ROI and compliance.
  • Use JIRA for backlog management sprint planning issue tracking and coordinating UAT cycles.
  • Understand ML workflows (training testing evaluation).
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT GitHub Copilot and AutoML platforms to enhance analytics and automation.
  • Enforce data governance using Snowflake (data lineage/metadata) and cloud-native access control.
  • Support compliance initiatives aligned with GxP GDPR Indian privacy laws using structured audit documentation and controls.
  • Experience with Snowflake and at least one public cloud (AWS or GCP).
  • Understand data ingestion orchestration storage and security in cloud environments.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum SAFe or Kanban).
  • Proficient in SQL BI tools Python cloud platforms and UML modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience eliciting and managing requirements in compliance-driven projects.
  • Knowledge of ML workflows and GenAI applications in analytics context.
  • Strong grasp of data privacy and governance frameworks
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Ability to understand others and clearly express thoughts.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives projects or activities.
  • Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 


    Qualifications :

     

    • Bachelors degree in engineering Technology Computer Science Science.
    • Masters degree is desired. 
    • 1-3years relevant industry experience (Healthcare Pharmaceutical Consulting Management Consulting Hospital systems Payers Enterprise level data-analytical solutions).
