Role Details
We are looking for a dynamic service-oriented team member to join our Contact Center team. The role involves supporting IndusInd Banks valued customers through phone calls and emails across various banking verticals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a customer-first mindset and the ability to provide efficient and accurate resolutions.
Role Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries requests & complaints
Raise service requests/complaints in the CRM tool
Generate leads & educate customers on new products and benefits
Ensure compliance with all guidelines and processes
Identify customer issues highlight trends & suggest improvements
Meet monthly scorecard targets Quality Efficiency & Accuracy
Maintain strong knowledge of products processes & systems
Achieve assigned sales targets
Looking for candidates with excellent communication customer handling skills and a passion for service!
Specific Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 5 years in customer service or related roles.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Excellent communication customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong team player with adaptability and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in Day and Evening Shifts (No night shifts).
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.
