Assist customers globally through 3 channels: Chat Phone & Email. Key business geographies are US CA UK AU & NZ
Remain updated on existing and new products offered on the website
Complete all assigned customer cases in a timely manner
Customer queries will include:
- product questions
- order status
- order changes
- shipping
- website usage

Requirements

The candidate should have excellent spoken and written communication skills
Primary language: English
The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts
Candidates with strong customer orientation are preferred.
