Perfect Household Staff is pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a professional and highly organised Housekeeper to support a formal household based in the prestigious district of Mayfair London. This iconic area is known for its elegant architecture luxury boutiques and world-renowned dining making it one of the most desirable and accessible locations in the capital.

Mayfair offers excellent public transport connections making this live-out position very straightforward to commute to with multiple Underground lines bus routes and central transport links within short walking distance.

The principals reside in a large three-storey residence with six bedrooms three of which are in daily use and they are supported by a dedicated team of fifteen employees. They are seeking a discreet and diligent individual with a strong sense of order and structure particularly someone who is confident and frank in their communication style.

Working as a Housekeeper in a formal residence of this calibre requires exceptional attention to detail proven expertise in caring for fine materials and the ability to maintain immaculate standards at all times. The household operates smoothly through teamwork so the successful candidate must be comfortable collaborating with a large team while taking responsibility for specific housekeeping this role expert skill in laundry and ironing is essential as well as the ability to maintain structured routines and ensure high standards across all areas of the home. The household is also home to nine small dogs therefore confidence with pet care will be important.

Main duties of the Full-Time Housekeeper:

• Washing laundering and ironing fine and delicate materials to a professional standard.
  
• Cleaning all areas of the three-storey property maintaining a structured and orderly environment.
  
• Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen to a high standard.
  
• Managing household stock levels and ensuring supplies are replenished efficiently.
  
• Making and changing beds ensuring all bedrooms are presented to a formal standard.
  
• Working collaboratively with a team of fifteen employees following established household procedures.
  
• Providing daily care for nine Chihuahuas including feeding supervising and ensuring their comfort.
  
• Managing contractors when required and ensuring work is completed to expected standards.
  
• Remaining self-employed as required for this role.
  

Requirements for this Full-Time Housekeeper job:

• Three or more years of private housekeeper cook experience
  
• Two excellent checkable references
  
• Conversational English
  
• UK working permit
