Summary
Join an award winning structural engineering environment known for complex high impact building projects cutting edge technical work and an entrepreneurial culture where engineers grow fast work on landmark structures and collaborate with a close knit team that loves solving hard problems together. You will design a wide range of challenging building systems contribute to inspections and develop deep expertise across materials analysis tools and codes while being supported by leaders who invest heavily in long term development.
What You Will Do
- Design structural systems for complex building projects across concrete steel masonry and post tensioned systems
- Perform structural engineering inspections and document findings
- Use analysis tools including RAM ETABS and related software for design and modeling
- Collaborate with senior engineers on calculations plans and detailing
- Prepare drawings with Revit Structure in coordination with project teams
- Review plans calculations and construction documents for accuracy
- Support field investigations and site visits as needed
- Communicate effectively with teammates clients and project partners
- Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on learning quality and innovation
Experience You Will Need
- Two or more years of structural engineering experience
- Bachelors degree in structural engineering or related major
- Masters degree is a plus but not required
- Professional Engineer license or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience with RAM ETABS or similar structural analysis software
- Working knowledge of Revit Structure
- Experience designing new buildings in the United States is strongly preferred
- Strong communication organization and teamwork abilities
- Self motivated proactive and eager to take on responsibility
