Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Create a powerful trusting relationship with salon owners stylists and employees
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential new business
- Deliver highest quality in-salon presentations and product classes
- Capture new salon business and meet new business goals
- Drive education in your market and sell all forms of education available
- Achieve individual revenue goals by educating and consulting salon owners and stylists
Requirements
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance
- Valid Cosmetology license preferred but not required
- Professional beauty industry experience serving salons preferred
- Business to business sales experience in the hair/beauty field
- At least two years of sales experience in the beauty field or relevant industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for hair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to incorporate strategic and analytical thinking
- Adaptable to working with and educating various personality types
- Competitive and collaborative attitude
- Proficient computer skills including Word Outlook etc.
- An entrepreneurial spirit

Required Skills:
Successful Candidates Must Have: Current CA cosmetology license or close to completing certification Ability to provide exceptional guest service by understanding the guests needs providing quality consultations and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic
