B2B SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Recruiting Lion Solutions is seeking a fearless B2B Sales Account Manager to join our pride. This position is for elite closers who thrive in a high-volume outbound environment and love the rush of driving new business. Youll be selling business services/solutions (ex: digital marketing business software tools energy services or telecom solutions) to small and mid-sized companies a fast-moving industry where only the strongest survive.
This is not a soft sales role. We want hunters with 4 years of documented B2B sales success within the last 7 years especially those who understand high-pressure quota-driven environments similar to Solar Sales but operating at a B2B level and entirely over the phone.
If cold calling intimidates you this is not your jungle because in this pride ambition and aggression are the keys to earning big.
What Youll Do
Conduct high-volume outbound B2B cold calls and engage warm leads from company-provided lead generation systems.
Identify business needs deliver powerful value pitches and close deals over the phone.
Build and manage a sales pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Crush daily weekly and monthly sales quotas with consistency and competitive fire.
Develop strong relationships with prospects while hunting for new opportunities every day.
What You Bring to the Pride
4 years of proven B2B sales experience (within the last 5 years) backed by measurable results.
Experience in industries such as digital solutions software/SaaS energy telecom or service-based B2B sales is highly valued.
Strong cold-calling capability you must enjoy the hunt.
CRM proficiency (Salesforce strongly preferred).
A relentless closing mentality and go-getter attitude.
Ability to succeed in a remote call center with discipline and independence.
Must pass a background check.
Quota-driven mindset with no fear of numbers or targets.
