Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Senior Business Systems Analyst Collaboration Tools

We are seeking a highly skilled and Senior Business Systems Analyst who can the design development and implementation of automation solutions across our organization. This role requires deep technical expertise strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements for collaboration and content management solutions within Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive).
• Translate business needs into functional and configuration specifications for SharePoint sites Teams and related tools.
• Oversee the configuration site setup and governance of SharePoint Online and Teams environments.
• Support lifecycle management of collaboration spaces (creation archival and retirement) aligned with corporate policies.
• Collaborate with IT operations security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data governance retention and access management standards.
• Drive user adoption and training programs developing documentation FAQs and user guides.
• Conduct system testing UAT coordination and deployment support for new features or solutions.
• Provide analytical insights on collaboration usage and recommend process or tool enhancements.
• Support incident and problem resolution related to SharePoint and Teams in coordination with technical support teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities best practices and roadmap features.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant with focus on Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • SharePoint Online (site configuration lists libraries permissions metadata hub sites)
  • Microsoft Teams (team/channel setup policies lifecycle and governance)
  • OneDrive for Business and document collaboration concepts
• Experience with requirements gathering process mapping and documentation.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps) for light automation or integration scenarios.
• Understanding security and compliance features in M365 (DLP retention sensitivity labels).
• Ability to coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Associate / Business Applications Specialist
• ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
