About the role:
- Act for key government clients on complex public law disputes including merits and judicial review proceedings in the AAT and Federal Courts
- Deliver strategic advice on administrative decision making FOI privacy and broader public law issues
- Take early ownership of files with close support from senior public law specialists in a genuinely collaborative team
The ideal candidate:
- 1 to 8 years PAE in government litigation or public law from a reputable firm or in-house team
- Solid experience running matters and drafting persuasive advice and court documents
- Confident working with large briefs and modern document management / e-discovery platforms
- Academically strong proactive and genuinely committed to building deep public law expertise
- Clear confident communicator who enjoys collaborating supporting juniors and bringing a positive energy to the team
