About the role:
Were looking for a Supply Services Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing strategy and execution for our supply services this role youll drive value innovation sustainability and growth while partnering closely with key stakeholders. Youll shape category strategies optimize spend strengthen supplier performance and ensure best-in-class procurement practices.
Responsibilities:
Build and execute category strategies to meet procurement goals.
Lead strategic and tactical sourcing initiatives; simplify and optimize spend.
Define and track KPIs to elevate supplier service and unlock value through SRM programs.
Lead contract execution and lifecycle management; ensure compliance with procurement processes.
Conduct market intelligence and risk assessments; implement mitigation plans.
Apply best practices in spend analysis TCO and strategic procurement.
Partner early and often with cross-functional teams to accelerate decision-making.
Collaborate with LATAM/Global teams to align processes and share best practices.
Maximize the use of Ariba (SAP) and related systems to drive efficiency.
Support finance in budget planning and performance tracking.
Required qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Trade Industrial Engineering Chemical Engineering or related field.
3 years of experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain.
Solid knowledge of strategic sourcing contracting Incoterms TCO and risk analysis.
Strong negotiation stakeholder management and financial analysis skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Google Workspace and MS Office.
Intermediateadvanced English.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with industrial equipment packaging/process lines automation or utilities.
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and project management tools.
CAPEX project management experience.
