The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for proactively sourcing and selecting high-quality partners for technical and professional positions which support the organizations strategic direction in our LATAM locations. This position will be responsible for executing other key processes within Human Resource Systems and Strategy as well as understanding the flow of talent within the organization.
Partner in this position is Process Performer of selection on-campus recruiting internal business partner support promotion of Schreiber Foods to external candidates and universities and recruiting process improvement efforts.
Role & Responsibilities:
Participate in the strategy and implementation of the full cycle recruitment process for technical and professional positions inside SFIs Global ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Develop analyze and communicate staffing metrics through ATS dashboards to continuously improve the hiring process and help identify talent needs and recruiting strategy.
Ensures a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process effectively communicating Schreiber Foods culture growth opportunities and employment advantages which position Schreiber as THE employer of choice while maintaining a high level of communication with all hiring leaders.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement and beyond. Proactively source and effectively screen high-potential candidates who accurately reflect the skills experience behaviors necessary for success in a position. Recommends qualified candidates to achieve company staffing requirements and company goals. Maintains a sense of ownership related to all open positions and understands the sense of urgency in filling open positions with the most highly qualified candidates in the shortest period.
Partners with hiring leaders in determining position requirements business objectives market challenges and selection strategies required to fill open positions. (i.e. diverse candidate slates college recruiting intern strategies etc.). As well as working closely with business units to review measure and develop plans around the companys strategic diversity and inclusion goals and metrics.
Support in Global and Local Policies and Programmes drafting as well as maintaining current ones according to Local Legislations and meeting Compliance requirements.
Employer Branding: coordination of posts and articles with Communications Team participation in Talent fairs support in the coordination of events for the team and monitoring of opinions about the company in different portals.
Key Ingredients:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Law Psychology or related field
3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Talent Development experience would be valuable
Fluency in English and Spanish required. Portuguese will be highly valuable.
