Key Responsibilities:

• QC Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive Quality Control plans aligned with project specifications and standards
• Structural Inspections: Conduct systematic inspections of foundations concrete works steel structures and load-bearing elements
• Material Testing & Verification: Oversee material testing programs verify certifications and approve suppliers and deliverables
• Documentation Management: Prepare detailed inspection reports test certificates and maintain complete QC documentation
• Code Compliance: Ensure all works comply with applicable building codes standards and project requirements
• Non-Conformance Tracking: Identify document and manage defects with corrective action follow-up
• Team Coordination: Supervise QC inspectors and coordinate with contractors engineers and project management
• Safety & Environmental Standards: Monitor adherence to health safety and environmental regulations on-site
• Client & Authority Liaison: Communicate with clients architects and regulatory bodies on quality matters

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degreein Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 7-10 yearsof experience in structural QC on commercial/hospitality projects
• Professional License: PE/PEng or equivalent registration
• Expertise in:
  • Concrete construction and testing methodologies
  • Steel structural systems
  • Foundation design and verification
  • Building codes and standards (IBC ACI AISC local regulations)
• Strong commandof quality management systems (ISO 9001)
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office CAD software and project management platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior hotel or hospitality project experience
• BIM (Building Information Modeling) knowledge
• Quality management certifications (CQE CMQ/OE)
• Experience with MEP coordination
